Dinner in a Pumpkin is a casserole cooked right inside a pumpkin! As you serve it, scrape out the tender pumpkin to eat along with the delicious filling!
I get SO excited for Halloween! One of the things I always look forward to is Dinner in a Pumpkin, or pumpkin casserole. Since this dish is seasonal, it’s always really special when I get to eat it. So, I make it as often as I can while pumpkins are still available.
Combine peanut butter cups and peanut butter cookies to make Peanut Butter Cup Cookies! An easy and delicious bite-sized chocolate peanut butter dessert!
These peanut butter cup cookies are soft, chewy, and irresistibly good! Both the chocolate and peanut butter are such a classic combination that you can’t get enough of. Because they are mini, they are easy to pop in your mouth. Although, that’s also a struggle because it’s hard to stop at eating just one!
Winger’s covers their hand-battered wings, naked wings, and sticky fingers in their Winger’s Original Amazing Sauce. If you’ve never tried them, they are similar to sweetened buffalo wings. They are absolutely addicting! If you’re like me, you’ll find yourself craving the sweet and spicy sticky fingers often!
Easy pork carnitas tacos (Mexican pulled pork) cooks slowly in orange and lime juice and then is broiled or fried to create crispy and juicy flavorful bites!
So far during Mexican March, we’ve made a slow cooker meatless dish, a chicken dish, and a beef dish. To round out our slow cooker meat preparation, we have a pork dish: tacos filled with Easy Pork Carnitas!
Growing up, my family ate 7-Layer Bean Dip on almost a weekly basis, and I always enjoyed it. When I first met my husband Jonny, he introduced me to his version of 7-Layer Bean Dip. Consequently, I will never go back to the way my family used to make it!
Compared to Jonny’s version, my family’s version is boring and bland (and remember, I used to eat it weekly). Jonny’s version of 7-Layer Bean Dip is the perfect mix of fresh ingredients and pantry ingredients.
