Chicken or Turkey Tetrazzini with Serving Spoon

Chicken or Turkey Tetrazzini is a creamy pasta casserole made with spaghetti, turkey (or chicken), mushrooms, and lots of Parmesan in a flavorful sauce!

What’s the best thing about leftover turkey? According to A Christmas Story, it’s turkey sandwiches, turkey salad, turkey gravy, turkey hash, turkey a la king, and gallons of turkey soup! For our family, we love Chicken or Turkey Tetrazzini!

As the title of this post suggests, this hearty pasta bake can be made with turkey or chicken. So, if you don’t have any leftover turkey, or if it’s hard to find, you can always substitute the turkey with chicken.

Either way, this chicken or turkey tetrazzini is a tasty casserole that has become a favorite comfort food classic! I hope you enjoy it as much as our family does!

Adapted from Gordon Ramsay’s recipe, these Pear and Granola Muffins have a soft and moist interior, and the granola provides great flavor and texture!

After finishing the latest season of MasterChef, the hubby and I decided to try Gordon Ramsay’s Ultimate Home Cooking. In each episode, Gordon Ramsay features a recipe for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guess what?! The hubby asked me to make the Pear and Granola Muffins. I did, and the rest is history! Now, these muffins are a regular breakfast in our house.

If you like apple crumb muffins (like those from Costco), you will love these Pear and Granola Muffins! They are not too sweet, and the pear keeps the muffins moist and soft. Plus, the granola adds texture and flavor to the muffins and pairs perfectly with the subtle cinnamon flavor.

To make easy Apple Dumplings roll apples in buttery crescent rolls, smother, and bake in a sauce made from butter, sugar, cinnamon and citrus-flavored soda.
