Ingredients

  • 2 large Bananas Ripe
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter Creamy
  • 1/2 cup Pretzels Mini Salted
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips Milk Chocolate or Semi-Sweet

Instructions

  • Slice bananas into 1/4" slices and arrange banana on parchment paper on top of a large dinner plate.
  • Divide peanut butter evenly over banana slices (about 1/4 tsp).
  • Place a pretzel on top of the peanut butter and press down gently. Smooth down any large peanut butter protruding beyond the top of the pretzel.
  • Flip banana bites over so pretzels are touching the parchment paper.
  • Freeze for at least two hours.
  • In microwave, melt chocolate chip in 20 second increments.
  • Add melted chocolate to a plastic baggie, and clip off one small corner of the plastic baggie. Drizzle chocolate over the banana bites.
  • Freeze for an additional 15 minutes to solidify the chocolate.
  • Keep bites frozen until ready to serve. Enjoy!
