Slice bananas into 1/4" slices and arrange banana on parchment paper on top of a large dinner plate.
Divide peanut butter evenly over banana slices (about 1/4 tsp).
Place a pretzel on top of the peanut butter and press down gently. Smooth down any large peanut butter protruding beyond the top of the pretzel.
Flip banana bites over so pretzels are touching the parchment paper.
Freeze for at least two hours.
In microwave, melt chocolate chip in 20 second increments.
Add melted chocolate to a plastic baggie, and clip off one small corner of the plastic baggie. Drizzle chocolate over the banana bites.
Freeze for an additional 15 minutes to solidify the chocolate.
Keep bites frozen until ready to serve. Enjoy!
