  • 1 small Fresh Pineapple Skinned, Cored, and Cut into Chunks
  • 1-2 cups Granulated Sugar (depending on preferred sweetness)
  • 8 cups Water Divided

  • Add the prepared pineapple* and 2 cups of water into a blender. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until there are no chunks of pineapple remaining.
  • Add an additional 2 cups of water to the blender and continue blending for another minute.**
  • Optional: To remove any fibrous pulp, strain liquid through a fine mesh sieve. If desired, repeat to ensure most of the pulp is removed.
  • Transfer pineapple water to a pitcher, and add additional 4 cups of water. Add 1/2 cup of sugar at a time until water is at desired sweetness.
  • Chill until very cold, and serve over ice. Enjoy!
