- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 8 tbsp Butter, Salted
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream*
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
In a large saucepan, add cream cheese and butter. Heat over medium heat whisking continuously until butter melts and cream cheese is softened. (Mixture may appear curdled.)
Slowly, add heavy whipping cream while whisking continuously. Add garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Taste and add more seasoning as desired. Simmer sauce for 5-10 minutes whisking occasionally.
