Apple Filling

  • 1 large Apple
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar

Crumble Topping

  • 2 tbsp Butter Softened
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Rolled Oats
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Salt

  • Using a cutting board and sharp knife, cut apple into quarters. Slice down the center of each apple slice to remove the core. Slice each quarter into 4 even slices. Cut each slice into 1/4" pieces.
  • In a small bowl, mix apple, lemon juice, cinnamon, flour, and brown sugar.
  • If desired, microwave apples for 1-2 minutes to soften the apples.
  • Divide the apple mixture between two 4" ramekins.
  • In the same mixing bowl, combine topping ingredients. Mix until the texture resembles small pebbles. (I like to use my hands to mix the topping).
  • Divide the topping mixture on top of each ramekin. Transfer the ramekins to the air-fryer basket.

  • Set air fryer to 350 degrees, and cook the apple crisp for 12-15 minutes.

  • Carefully, remove the ramekins from the air fryer (they will be HOT). Serve warm. If desired, top with ice cream, caramel sauce, and whipped topping.
