Air Fryer Apple Crisp

Using a cutting board and sharp knife, cut apple into quarters. Slice down the center of each apple slice to remove the core. Slice each quarter into 4 even slices. Cut each slice into 1/4" pieces.
In a small bowl, mix apple, lemon juice, cinnamon, flour, and brown sugar.
If desired, microwave apples for 1-2 minutes to soften the apples.
Divide the apple mixture between two 4" ramekins.
In the same mixing bowl, combine topping ingredients. Mix until the texture resembles small pebbles. (I like to use my hands to mix the topping).
Divide the topping mixture on top of each ramekin. Transfer the ramekins to the air-fryer basket.
Set air fryer to 350 degrees, and cook the apple crisp for 12-15 minutes.
Carefully, remove the ramekins from the air fryer (they will be HOT). Serve warm. If desired, top with ice cream, caramel sauce, and whipped topping.
