  • 5 oz Tuna Canned in Water, Drained
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Sriracha
  • 2, 8 inch Tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Carrot Cut into matchsticks
  • 1/2 large Avocado Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber Peeled, Deseeded, and sliced into matchsticks


  • In a small bowl, mix together tuna, mayo, soy sauce, and sriracha.
  • Divide the tuna mixture, carrots, avocado, and cucumber onto two tortillas.
  • Tuck in two sides of the tortilla and roll the tortilla securely from the other direction. 
  • Eat and enjoy!
